• Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement related to CRM Platform (Sales & Service & marketing cloud), customer portal and Insurance E-Commerce Channel. • Collaborate with project team, software developer and related stakeholders for business requirement document/ System Testing/User Acceptance Testing for change request and new projects related to CRM, Customer portal and Digital Insurance. • Support an integration of existing project and support new project integration. • Tracking and monitoring the progress of the project management office and the projects and programs assigned to it. • Producing a weekly/monthly project performance status report. • Understand and update overall technology used in Salesforce & other CRM Trend. • Other duties as assigned.
