• Conduct detailed analysis and documentation of current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement related to Claim Non-Motor Insurance module ,Hospital portal and Claim Process Improvement. • Collaborate with project team, software developer and related stakeholders for business requirement document/ System Testing/User Acceptance Testing for change request and new projects related to Claim Non-Motor Software development. • Tracking and monitoring the progress of the project management office and the projects and programs assigned to it. • Responsible for tracking the project performance. • Producing a weekly/monthly project performance status report. • Understand overall technology used in the project and be able to discuss integration. • Other duties as assigned.
