• Plan and execute the sales and marketing plans for A&H personal line products; Health, PA, TA, Motor Add on and EW • Boost up and oversee the sales performance of brokers and partners. Provide the support and motivation to them to ensure the sales targets are met • Be responsible for A&H personal line products training, capability building strategy and expand the brokers and partners business to increase A&H portfolios • Develop, design and implement marketing plans and strategies for brokers and partners • Respond and be responsible for daily issues and reports in a timely and consistent manner • Manage the cost of sales within agreed budgets • Develop and maintain measures of after sales service for brokers, partners and customers satisfaction. Take corrective action and suggest preventive solutions where appropriate • Participate in sales team and general management meetings and contribute to the overall development of the business
