Workshops or meeting with key user for finding pain point. • Improvement and Lean process using Lean six sigma , PDCA model. • Create new process, Business Requirement, other document related and working procedure
• At least 5 years work experience in IT project management or software development is a MUST • Solid experience in payment, banking, insurance, financial services and related industries is preferred • Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously is required • Good understanding of software development life cycle and Knowledge of RPA / Python. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Good presentation skills and logic
